Business leadership is where I’ve landed for most of my adult life. I’ve been involved in the telecom and broadcast industry for nearly 40 years. At Integrated Plastics, our vision is to improve people’s lives through the expansion of fiber technology. I know firsthand that fiber optic cable is critical for personal and professional development into the next generation. It is our vision to be a bridge builder from what is today to what can be tomorrow through the expansion of fiber. Integrated Plastics vaults (hand holes) are significant in the connectivity experience.

Born and raised in West Michigan, I enjoy the beauty of Michigan, traveling, the great out-of-doors - golf, flying, friends and family. Family is incredibly important to us. My wife, DeLinda and I have 7 children and enjoy 10 fun and active grandchildren. Our faith is also a valued component of our lives. Eucharisteo to you this day!

    Boston Noordyk

As COO of Integrated Plastics, I lead operations with a focus on increasing margins, improving efficiency, and scaling growth. Since joining in 2022—after years of consulting for the company—I’ve led the transition from a single sales channel to a diverse, multi-faceted sales strategy, while aligning execution across departments.

I’m passionate about expanding access to fiber technology. At Integrated Plastics, that means delivering cost-effective, scalable solutions that help ISPs connect more people, more effectively.

Outside of work, I’m a downhill mountain biker and devoted family man. Raising kids continues to teach me that discipline is the foundation of lasting success.
